Set up a time to come in and try us out. We will answer your questions and get you moving. Your first week is free!
After you have completed your free week, you will meet with one of our coaches to determine your training schedule and goals moving forward. Athletes new to weightlifting will complete and introduction to weightlifting program.
Once you have been training regularly and have completed the introduction to weightlifting program, for new lifters, we will sit down with you, and come up with an individualized training program/plan, specific to you and your needs and goals.
