We provide specialized training specific to Olympic Weightlifting for ages 8 and up and all skill levels and abilities. No matter if you are looking to improve your Olympic lifts for CrossFit, Sports Performance, you want to be an Olympian or just enjoy doing the movements we can help you reach your goals.

Powerlifting

We offer powerlifting training and programing by certified USAPL Coaches. Programs are individualized to your needs and your goals. Mountain Man Performance is an approved USA Powerlifting Club. Athletes range from total novice to international elite. All skill levels are welcome! 1-on-1, group, and online coaching available.

Sports Performance

Sport specific training designed to improve athletic performance through a combination of Olympic Weightlifting, resistance training and metabolic conditioning. This Program is designed to improve fitness, through sport specific activities, while developing balance, body awareness, coordination, agility power, speed, endurance, flexibility and strength. This Program introduces participants to Olympic Weightlifting movements, focusing on building strong fundamentals and injury prevention for long-term sport development.

Nutrition

Individualized meal plans as well as specific nutrition prescriptions (specific nutrition recommendations for the individual). Nutrition prescriptions include a laid out plan that is specific to your goals and preferences. Plans are comprehensive and include macronutrient distributions (that fit your specific goal), calculated total daily energy expenditure, caloric requirements (fitting your specific goal), pre-workout nutrition, intra-workout nutrition, and post-workout nutrition (if physically active). Also an analysis of your current diet including possible macronutrient, mineral, and vitamin deficiencies will be provided. Food and supplementation recommendations will also be provided.

Meal plans- Take the guesswork out of eating healthy and reaching your goals. This includes customized and individualized: recipes, grocery shopping lists, and a meal plan. Experience new recipes and enjoy eating healthy and eating in way that is conducive towards your goals.
