We are an Olympic Weightlifting and sports specific training facility. Our focus is training athletes and those individuals looking to make long term changes to their health and improving their quality of life. Pinnacle Weightlifting provides an environment that emphasizes individual goals and needs with personalized programming and coaching to help you attain your goals.
This membership includes coaching and individualized programs for these athletes, in an open gym environment. This membership offers a flexible schedule at our gym during any of our open gym hours.
Included in this membership is an initial consultation and movement assessments. Based on the assessment results most beginners will be required to do a 6 session on ramp program designed to teach basic movements and develop flexibility. These sessions are scheduled with coaches in a 1on 1 setting or small group.
SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
Sport specific training designed to improve athletic performance through a combination of Olympic Weightlifting, resistance training and metabolic conditioning. This Program is designed to improve fitness, through sport specific activities, while developing balance, body awareness, coordination, agility power, speed, endurance, flexibility and strength. This Program introduces participants to Olympic Weightlifting movements, focusing on building strong fundamentals and injury prevention for long-term sport development.
